About Ivy Envy

Corey, Andy, and Kurt got together to BBQ in the backyard.  The conversation inevitably centered around the Cubs. After blogging for a year, the three guys wanted to get back to those backyard conversations.  They realized that by recording their Cubs talk, they could bring more Cubs fans into the conversation. Now in its 11th Cubs season, The Ivy Envy Podcast has provided analysis and commentary to Cubs fans around the world.

Though the guys have often referred to their analysis as “marginal,” The Ivy Envy Podcast has been recognized numerous times as being among the best sports podcasts.  Between The Podcast Awards and The Academy of Podcast Awards, the Ivy Envy Podcast is a six-time finalist. Perhaps not surprisingly, it has become the Susan Lucci of sports podcasts and has never brought home the prize.
