Seiya Suzuki Named National League Rookie of Month for April

Seiya Suzuki was named National League Rookie of the Month for April today, which is no surprise if you’ve been paying attention at home.

For the month, Suzuki slashed .279/.405/.529 with 13 runs, 14 RBI, and four HR. A very nice month, indeed. It’s safe to say that Suzuki is currently the favorite to win the NL Rookie of the Year if he continues at this pace.
