Watch: Kris Bryant Gets Drenched then Praises Cubs Fans for their Dedication
Hey, in case you missed it, Kris Bryant hit a three-run homer tonight in the bottom of the 9th inning to win the game for the Chicago Cubs (Recap). Afterwards, melee ensued amongst the dedicated fans still left in the freezing cold stands of Wrigley Field. It also ensued on the field, as Anthony Rizzo, Javier Baez, et al, proceeded to douse said hero with a great many liquids.

After the game, Bryant praised Cubs fans for their commitment and dedication to the team, saying, “Who wants to come sit through a 3 1/2 hour baseball game when it’s 35 degrees out? Cubs fans.”
