Chicago Cubs Lineup (3/8/19): Almora Leads Off, Rizzo Second in Night Game

The Cubs are actually on TV tonight, but they’re not going with much of a prime time lineup. Albert Almora Jr. assumes his regular position as the leadoff-hitting center fielder, followed by Anthony Rizzo, then Javy Baez at short. David Bote will play third and Ian Happ get some run at second base.

Taylor Davis is handling the catching duties, Jim Adduci is the DH, and Mark Zagunis is in right. Then you’ve got Trent Giambrone in left and Duncan Robinson on the mound. Don’t sleep on Robinson, who’s got some legit stuff and could very well find himself in Chicago at some point this season.

First pitch from Peoria Stadium is set for 7:40pm CT and can be seen (yes, SEEN) on MLB Network. You can also pick up the radio call on MLB.com
