Chicago Cubs Lineup: Cubs Going for Four Straight Wins, Hammel on the Mound

The Cubs (38-15) have a chance to make it four straight wins as they go up against the Arizona Diamondbacks (24-33) today. Jason Hammel (6-1, 2.09 ERA) will take the hill for the Cubs seeking to add to his fantastic start to the 2016 season. He’ll also be testing his right hamstring for the first time since he left the game on May 30th against the Dodgers. Of course, the Cubs bullpen came in and no-hit the Dodgers over the remaining seven innings and the Cubs won the game.

After a few games that saw days off for some of the regular starters, the Cubs will be fielding their more traditional lineup in this one. No tweeks, no frills, just red-hot hitters looking to smash baseballs. Should be fun!
