Cubs Celebrate on New Cover of Sports Illustrated

The Cubs are on the cover of Sports Illustrated again this week. The picture shows the team joyously greeting Javier Baez at home plate after his glorious walk-off home run in the bottom of the thirteenth inning on Sunday to lift the Cubs to the sweep over the Nationals.

Every once in a while it’s good to sit back and enjoy the moment. Cubs fans have earned this and every moment that is yet to come this year, next year and beyond. So cheers everyone, the Cubs are 24-6 and the best team in baseball.
