Choosy Blogs Choose GIFs: Moving Pictures From This Week in Cubs Baseball

David Ross was the hero of the week, ending May with a walk-off hit and then ending Thursday’s game in DC with a walk-off pick-off. The two losses in between didn’t feel too great, but the Cubs went 4-3 and continue to play over-.500 baseball a week into June. That’s as good as any of us should have expected.

While nothing can really match the lasting image of Ross’s primal scream, that doesn’t mean there weren’t some other great plays and memorable moments from the past seven games. Here’s a look at some of the highlights of the week in GIF form. Enjoy.
