Cubs Release 2018 Spring Training Schedule

The Cubs have announced their 2018 Spring Training schedule, which opens in Maryvale against the Milwaukee Brewers. They play 34 games in all, with 16 coming at Sloan Park, 16 at various other Cactus League parks, and two more in Las Vegas against the Cleveland Indians on March 17-18

Among other noteworthy matchups, the Cubs and White Sox will meet three times, including two at Sloan and one in Glendale. The Cubs will also face the Brewers, Rangers, and Dodgers at various points, thus giving them a good chance at facing Jake Arrieta.

All games are scheduled for 1:05 local time unless otherwise noted. More games will be announced at a later date, final tune-ups like those the Cubs played in Houston to close out the 2017 exhibition schedule.

If you’re interested in making the trip out to Mesa this year, individual game tickets for the games at Sloan Park will go on sale Saturday, January 6 at 11am CT. You can purchase at the Sloan Park ticket office, on cubs.com or by calling 1-800-THE-CUBS.
